Greg Rybacki is the Owner/Broker.  He has over 20 years experience in the real estate business having originally received his Agent license at age 23. Through the years Greg has represented many residential clients buying and selling homes. He has represented investors and commercial clients as well. Dan Duree is a licensed Agent at RYBO PROPERTIES, LLC.  Dan does sales and leasing.  Most recently he has been helping lease the numerous units that are being managed by RYBO PROPERTIES, LLC. Dan's knowledge of the central corridors many great neighborhoods make him a valuable resource for those looking to buy, sell OR lease in the area. 

Kristen is the right hand "chick" in the office.  I've had right hand dudes, so why not a right hand chick?  Kristen does a great job at keeping us current on tasks, posting vacancies, follow up, and putting out fires (some that I start).
     
Sean is a licensed electrician and has been doing repairs/upgrades for RYBO for 7 years now.

Maintenance  men are available at a very competative rate.  Michael is the lead handyman. Michael and others will do various jobs including but not limited to, painting, cleaning, caulking, landscape, minor leaks, replace switches, gutters, etc.
 
In addition to the above mentioned, RYBO outsources professional services to the following tradesman who are all licensed and insured:

HANDYMAN:
Powers Handyman services can do most anything you need including carpentry, electric and plumbing.
 
PLUMBING:
Anyone know a good reliable plumber? :-)
 
HVAC:
Certified Heating and Cooling has been the main HVAC company for RYBO for several years now. . Certified can handle ALL heating and cooling issues from small residential units to major commercial rooftop units.

DRAINS:
It's a dirty job and Daniels Drains does it best.  Daniel has been the RYBO's go to guy for drain problems for several years now.  They are available 24/7!  Daniel will do all clear outs and will also camera drain lines if needed.

BUGS:
RYBO uses two pest control companies.  Midwestern Pest Control and Pioneer Pest Control.  Both are professional and reliable.  Both have killed bugs for me for several years now.

CARPET, CLEANING,  AND SUPPLIERS:
For basic cleaning and painting services, as well as carpet cleanng and general maintenance we use Steen Clean LLC.
For carpet and other flooring we use www.unitedcarpetinc.com/.  They have great prices and reliability and they stand behind their products.  They have their own installers too...very handy.
